Eyval.com commits to transmit all the information allowing to understand where, how and by whom your data and those of the registered learners are processed. We commit ourselves to inform you in case of a possible violation of the secrecy of these data.
The Eyval.com website is hosted in France by the French company OVH, European leader in hosting.
Your personal data, and those of the learners you have registered, are used on Eyval.com only to recognize you and to allow you to manage your activities on the site. They are not and will never be used for commercial purposes, sold, exchanged or transferred to third parties (except at the request of legal authorities).
Eyval.com undertakes to facilitate as much as possible your access to your personal data and their possible modification or deletion.
Eyval.com commits itself to permanently deleting all your personal data and those of the learners you have registered within a maximum of one year from the date of their deletion. These data will be kept for only one month as part of the automatic backups of the site, but may be copied to internal work sites for a few more months.
This data will be deleted immediately upon request.
Depending on how you use the service, Eyval.com may collect information from partners and integrated technologies. For example, if you choose to use Google Login or register using the Google Classroom Sign on integration, we may receive information, including your name and email address, from Google. Eyval.com does not have access to the passwords used to log into your Google accounts.
Data Storage:
All data is stored on our servers hosted by OVH SAS, a subsidiary of OVH Groupe SAS, a company registered in the Lille Trade and Companies Register under number 537 407 926 and located at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.
We collect data so that the personal authentication of learners is possible, so that the activity of the learners can be followed and to keep you informed of the evolutions of the site if you have subscribed to our newletter.
Other data collected by Eyval.com are: the IP address, the dates and times of connection of the visitors, and the results of the learners to our games if they are identified.
No other data is collected.
We only collect an identifier (first name and/or last name or nickname to allow the trainer to identify a particular learner) and the learners' scores. No date of birth, no comments.
These data are encrypted in TLS in our database.
No data is kept when a trainer deletes a class or a learner sub-account.
The personal data kept by Eyval.com are succeptible to pass through four different geographical points:
